Harold Ware, Founder & CEOIn late 2003, MaxAvenue’s founder, Harold Ware, a successful international businessman, observed from his own personal experience that there seemed to be a significant gap between the amount of real estate commission he was paying and the professional competence, results and value he was receiving from traditional real estate agents. Prior to starting MaxAvenue, Harold had actively been involved with buying and selling tens of millions of dollars worth of personal and/or corporate real estate. He had always thought that the public was overpaying for the services from most agents and decided to take matters into his own hands by revolutionizing the value buyers and sellers receive for the commission they are paying. After extensive research into the real estate brokerage industry, Harold believed that is was time to reinvent the residential real estate industry. How? By significantly raising the bar of professional competence and service focused on creating more value for the consumer. Just like the iPod made portable CD players obsolete, Harold’s goal is to change the entire paradigm of how Realtors offer and deliver value to buyers and sellers. Harold believes that real estate agents prove to their value to the buyers and sellers who are paying them a significant commission. Harold is the creator of the Maximum Value Home Selling System® and the Maximum Choice Home Buying System® which are the world’s most advanced methods of ensuring that the sellers and buyers and maximizing the value of their real estate transactions. Lee Abraham, Vice President, Realtor Training & EducationLee has over 29 years experience in the real estate industry as a Realtor, Broker and real estate appraiser. He was also one of the pioneers in creating a disciplined approach to real estate investing and he created one of the first real estate investment financial analysis software programs. Lee is also an expert in business networking and communications and is co-author of the recent book (2011 release) of Money of the Table written with Dr. Ivan Misner. Lee is in charge of training and education for all MaxAvenue Realtors. He is one of the handful of Realtors who has a business degree in real estate studies (Arizona State University, 1982) Lee’s has trained hundreds of Realtors and oversees the education and course development on MaxAvenue University.
Aaron Wall, Operations Manager & MaxAvenue University DirectorAaron is blessed with both technical and strategic skills and has spent most his entire career in real estate. Aaron earned his real estate experience on the front lines. He has worked as a real estate customer service and transaction manager for a top industry producer where he personally managed hundreds of real estate transactions. Aaron has spoken with hundreds of buyers and sellers during the transactional process and knows through experience both what delights them and concerns them when it comes to the real estate buying or selling process. Aaron joined MaxAvenue in 2009 as a valued member of the management team. He also has a deep technical background in website development and CRM system implementation. He created and manages the content delivery network that acts as the media ‘engine’ for MaxAvenue University, MaxAvenue’s education and training website for Realtors. Aaron also oversees project management and operational system development to ensure that real estate buyers and sellers receive a consistently high level of competence and service from all MaxAvenue agents.
Denise Fast, Chief Home Buyer/Seller ChampionDenise is one of the most celebrated Realtors in the industry. For more than 25 years she has been a top-producing agent. Since 2000 since has consistently been ranked in the top one-third of one percent of agents nationally in terms of sales volume. Although Denise has sold hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate she would tell you that her real love is her serving her clients and exceeding their expectations. Denise has an exceptional real estate mind and is one of the most savvy real estate negotiators in real estate today. She has saved her buyers and sellers literally tens of millions of dollars with her advanced negotiation strategies. In 2003, Harold Ware hired Denise to represent him on buying a home in Santa Monica, Ca. It was based on their discussions that Denise encouraged Harold to use his business experience to help Realtors create more value for buyers and sellers and to help them more consistently operate their business like a business to more consistently serve clients. Denise became the equivalent of the first MaxAvenue Certified Agent. And now, eight years later, she still actively uses the MaxAvenue systems to help sellers get up to 5% to 15% more money for their homes and to help buyers save up to tens of thousands on their purchase price and home loan costs. Denise works closely with MaxAvenue as a senior advisor to constantly raise the bar of professional competence and service in the industry.
